GL Cleveland assists barge Delaware out of the Cuyahoga…
until Calusa Coast clears the RR bridge and Cleveland returns to the barn.

I didn’t see any other reference to the “PutzFrau” but the name was so cute that I googled it, and found It means “Cleaning Lady” and was instrumental in getting the Cuyahoga cleaned up. The link is

Oh, the german “Putzfrau” outlasted Marie Kondo in a remote corner of Cleveland. Sweet remembrance of a time, when hardcore-maniacs for homework were brushed aside as “Putzteufel”.
