Some questions I had were . . . what and where to?

Modular structure for a refinery perhaps? As of this posting, she’s nearly off Charleston, South Carolina.

Coming from Maine and going up the Mississippi somewhere. I forget where-way up though, like mid west region.
It broke free from its mooring the other night over by Bay Ridge. We corralled it and secured it to Northeast Auto.
