Thank you for this certainly most substantial guide through the icehouse-scene! I will have studied every detail, before one day I crawl through that weed along the shore.
Looking for an empty hall, filled with sawdust and view to the open water. There was an elevator, in ruinous condition and it had been operated by a steam engine. Childhood impressions last, even if they are acquired through reading only.
