It was great to have two covered barges for events.
Urger exits the low side of lock 2 and . . .
enters the Hudson.
The federal lock at Troy leads into the rest of the Hudson . . .
After the dignitaries are picked up,
the flotilla heads back north into the Troy lock,
and
the parade has begun.
