Any idea where this foto was taken? And whatever does that sign mean and for whom is it intended?
Here’s a pulled-back version of the same shot.
If you said the Seine flowing through Paris, you’d be correct. And the sign? Well . . . click here for an assortment of river signals and beacons used on French rivers.
