Call this . . . . waters around Vieques. Here’s a map.
Punta Mula Light, overlooking Isabel Segunda harbor and the ferry docks. The harbor is named for Spain’s only female monarch, to date.

Vieques’ second town of Esperanza, as seen from one of the peaks (not Monte Pirata) at the western end of the island, here looking east. The ilsands from near to far are Cayo de Afuera and Cayo de Tierra.

Navy Pier at Vieques was known as the Mosquito Pier due to it’s resemblance to the insect’s proboscis. Green and Blue beaches on that side are beautiful. Did you get to one of the bio-luminescent bays?

Hi, Will. PR looks great.
I was really amused to see your picture of Heron. I see that boat every day. It’s in the pic of Portland harbor that I took a few years ago and use for my desktop image.

I enjoyed your Vieques overview. We just bought a place on Vieques and are in the midst of long distant renovations… a bit of a nightmare.
