Last spring this blog featured a DEP sludge tanker here. So here’s that same vessel North River in the buff.
The sludge tanker shrinks when blocked at bottom of a dry dock. Study the hull closely way below the blue letter E.
It’s the North River bow thruster tunnel.

This is fascinating. And where do they get the sludge? And where does it go? I followed your links as far as I could until I ran up against the link to the reef page that would only let me in if I were running E7. I have E5. Shame on them.
So sorry you are losing your storage. Darn.

How is it that the bow has the Dutch flag on either side of the emblem? What’s in the emblem, the arms of New York City? But the NYC flag is Orange, White, and Blue, like the West India flag. Hmmm.
