		<description><![CDATA[on the stern-first barge, good observation.  that unit has just come out of eastchester creek, which is so narrow that the barge can&#039;t be turned around.  so to exit the creek, the tow is remade with tug made up to what had been the bow on the way up the creek.]]></description>
