I came up with the old Maritrans M-215 aka Oceans-190… found a few pics of the stern and the bulwark on the stern for the notch matches perfectly with the one in Lagos. http://tugboatinformation.com/tug.cfm?id=441 first pic of Valour pushing.

a Nigerian report i read calls the barge ST-215 and S 215 (in the same article)….is that a re-name or some I D number? First batch of Reinauer tugs were renamed but never saw anything about the barges.
