		<description><![CDATA[Tug GULF CAJUN Was Built In 1976 By Quality Equipment, Houma, La.  Quality Equipment was established by Tidewater in 1969 as a a builder of tugs and supply boats and as a repair and maintenance facility for the Tidewater fleet.  The name was changed to Quality Shipyards in 1980. GULF CAJUN Was Built For The Gulf Mississippi Marine Corp. (Which Was A Division Of Pott Industries).  Pott Also Owned St. Louis Shipbuilding, A Large Builder Of Inland River Towboats.  They Were Also The Builders Of Two Ill-Fated Sixth Boro Tugs Back In 1968.  Tugs MARJORIE &amp; HELEN McALLISTER.  Gulf Mississippi Marine Became Gulfleet Marine, Then Zapata Gulf Marine, &amp; Is Now Owned By Tidewater.
