I knew the profile was familiar, even though

I hadn’t noticed this name before.   I don’t keep a notebook with a record of sightings.

It’s the former Irene Frazier, whose  mere  56′ loa pushes a barge called John Blanche that keeps 42 tractor trailers off the roads. See Tony A’s August comment here.
