Photo 1. The first tug is STEPHEN-SCOTT, the second unit is one of the New York Based Vane Brothers tugs (PATAPSCO, ELK RIVER, SUSQUEHANNA, or QUANTICO CREEK). The last unit looks like OSG INDEPENDENCE with OSG 243.
