		<description><![CDATA[i couldn&#039;t agree more.  the captain of urger gave a talk this year on the Canal Corp&#039;s vessels.  he started by pointing out that their NEWEST vessel--grand erie--was over a half-century old.  that notwithstanding, the paint is new, lively and the brass quite shiny.  still old is old and the hull of a a tugboat like URGER is starting to groan.]]></description>
