I can’t help but notice two conspicuous items in the RIB photo: The bow gun is very much manned (are they always?) and behind the RIB would appear to be a Concorde SST.
Where (and/or when) is this from?

michael- you DO have a sharp eye and a questioning mind. event was the arrival of uss newyork at the passenger terminal manhattan for christening; hence, the very-manned weapon.
