I loved how Puma Racing created a mobile “city” made from containers that went from one port to the next on the VOR circuit. How about creating Santa City, a mobile Holiday-themed city that goes around the City.

Each Christmas season he’d don spectacles and a Santa outfit, and he’d tour the local kids around the harbor on a decorated tug. The whole Santa-and-reindeer thing, and the snowy scenes in the San Juan department store windows, seemed incongruous to the tropics, but the kids and the tug crews had fun.
