Kiewit is a major heavy contractor and does have a marine division. I could not find Summerville in the US vessel documentation database which is odd. There was a Summerville in the Canadian database but it was suspended in March 2008 and there are no details. However, given that both the crane barge and the tug are in yellow, I wonder if the tug belongsto Kiewit as well. This is just a guess. They do have 1 tug which is Canadian flagged so they may have others but this one is US flagged. A very interesting puzzle.
